After taking charge of the website project at HJC, I have been involved in several significant initiatives. The most important project was unifying the websites, which were previously designed differently for each region, into a single platform with a consistent design. Additionally, in 2023, we transitioned from the old WordPress format to the Shopify platform, improving website speed and security. This change also enabled the addition of B2C functionality, allowing consumers to directly purchase products.

Each region has its own website manager, and there are specific issues unique to each region. However, by unifying the overall structure, we established a foundation for enhancing the brand image as the official website.
